ADVANTA HSY 3000

ADVANTA HSY 3000 is produced from the introduction of selenium salt during active, aseptic, aerobic fermentation. During fermentation the temperature, pH, and percentage growth are closely regulated to assure proper uptake of selenium. This process produces a primary grown high protein yeast, which is fortified with a biologically bound mineral composition. The resulting product is washed, separated and held in refrigerated storage to assure cell viability and the absence of any “free” minerals. Prior to spray drying the chilled yeast cream is pasteurized through a high temperature sterilization system to assure that it meets or exceeds established U.S.D.A. food grade microbial requirements. Composite samples are collected during spray drying and packaging. The collected sample is analyzed for nutrient and microbial composition by an outside, independent, U.S.D.A. approved food and pharmaceutical grade laboratory. Once the product has met all QA/QC requirements it is released for sale with a supporting Certificate of Analysis.

ADVANTA Yeast 20

In ADVANTA Yeast 20 the activity of Yeast 20 in the rumen produces metabolites that are used by cellulolytic bacteria, increasing its activity in the degradation of fiber contained in ruminants’ diet. As a facultative anaerobe, Yeast 20 absorbs part of the oxygen present in the rumen, a process that also contributes to the development and activity of fiber degrading bacteria. Yeast 20 offers a third benefit by absorbing small amounts of lactic acid in the rumen, helping to control pH in the rumen.

ADVANTA MOS® is an insoluble mannan oligosaccharide and Beta-glucan complex which has been extracted from the cell wall of molasses yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The soluble portions of the yeast cells are removed by a gentle digestion; the remaining insoluble cell wall fraction is then washed and spray dried.

ADVANTA HY®

ADVANTA HY® is a prebiotic feed additive derived from the fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast using a process that stimulates cell disruption through endogenous and exogenous enzymes. 

Our specialized process activates our yeast and increases the bioavailability and digestibility of the elements of yeast cell wall (β-Glucan and MOS) and cytoplasm (nucleotides and amino acids). The β-Glucan increases the phagocytic activity intervening in the organisms’ defense against infections, while MOS agglutinates pathogens such as Salmonella and E.coli, contributing to gut health. Our process releases the nucleotides from DNA and RNA which, supplemented through the diet, favors the animal cellular multiplication and regeneration.
